This large garden on the sloping grounds of Newbury suburbs has been designed to create generous spaces for socialising and family activities at leisure times. Two main terraces form the main seating areas. The patios are made from a pale Travertine. Grand steps connects the two patio areas. This garden’s main features are its mighty shallow tiled pools and cascades. The relaxing sound of water helps to disguise the noise of the nearby motorway. The pools are visible from all corners of the garden as well as inside the house, and these shallow water features can be used by (supervised) children as paddling pools.
